Hello everyone! Let’s try a good thinking exercise together. First, find a quiet place to relax by yourself. This could be in the bath or in your room. Next, reflect or think deeply about 2020. What did you do well this year? What do you wish you did better? Once you have thought about these things, start thinking about the next year. Again ask yourself some questions. Ask yourself, “What am I looking forward to next year? What can I do to make next year better?” As you think about these questions, always look ahead into the future. Don’t get stuck on now. The future will change a lot of things for everyone, and things may change in a surprising and good way for you. Let’s keep ourselves positive and happy. Good luck everyone! - Mr. Fox
